Vivid - A Boutique Hotel

It's one of the superb hotel in Trichy. The rooms, ambience are all very good and well maintained. Neat and clean. Reception staff and restaurant staff are too good in their service. Breakfast buffet is too good and restaurant staff service is awesome. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Trichy.

Booked Suite via MMT for 1 nightBathroom fixtures are old, dysfunctional and leaky. Living Room lacks Fan. Breakfast is not good.Car parking is available in the basement but limited. Although the Hotel is in a busy area, the noise is well contained in the room.Room Service is good. Staff are friendly.

I booked this hotel via Agoda, but my booking was automatically cancelled due to late arrival even though I had updated my check-in time through the Agoda app earlier that day. I was quite surprised upon arriving at 12:15 a.m. to find my pre-booked room unavailable. The staff offered an upgrade to a suite with a minimal additional charge, which I appreciated, but overall the stay felt a bit pricey for the experience.The room was clean but had quite a few mosquitoes, and the noise from the busy street made it difficult to sleep. The touch-control switches in the room were not intuitive, and no staff assisted in explaining their functions. Housekeeping also entered the room despite the ’Privacy’ sign being set, which was disappointing.The mattress needs attention for better comfort. Overall, a decent stay but slightly expensive

I’m not sure this property truly qualifies as a boutique hotel. While the check-in process was quick, the staff interaction felt impersonal and lacked any sense of warmth or welcome.The biggest issue, however, is the room itself. The property is located on a busy main road, and the traffic noise is extremely loud inside the room. It’s nearly impossible to get proper rest in such a noisy environment’I eventually had to sleep with earphones on. Unless the rooms are made soundproof, the guest experience will continue to suffer badly.Another major concern was the presence of mosquitoes in the room. Even with all windows and doors closed, they somehow kept finding their way in, suggesting some hidden entry points that need to be fixed immediately.Overall, this stay was far below expectations and needs serious improvements in both comfort and hospitality.
