Excellent service and very good staff, especially RAKESH RAWAT.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were assured at check in that the full menu was available, but when we ordered dinner, most items were unavailable and only a few basic options could be served. The following morning, we were asked to pay ’50 more than the menu price for a breakfast item, which was explained as their policy despite not being mentioned anywhere on the menu.What disappointed us the most was the way our concerns were handled. Instead of providing a clear explanation or trying to resolve the issue, the staff responded in an unprofessional and discourteous manner.Transparency in pricing, accurate information, and respectful customer service are basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall guest experience.
