Zone Niathu Dimapur by The Park

This was my first visit to Nagaland, and I had a truly pleasant stay at Zone by The Park. The staff were excellent — special mention to Avi at the reception for being warm, helpful, and professional. The room was comfortable, the food was very good, and the facilities were well maintained.Only a small suggestion: it would help to reduce or dim the number of device lights in the room (from the AC, fridge, night lamp, etc.) as they can be a bit distracting while sleeping.Overall, a great experience for my first time in Dimapur — I’ll definitely be coming back again for the hornbill

When you have booked rooms, once you arrive, how Niathu responds- ’suddenly there is overbooking, hence we are going to shift you to another property’. That property- there is no food, intercom doesn’t work, security is clueless. Morning if you need toiletries, none responds.Above all, you make a call to the reception of Niathu’s (original) property- response- one receptionist pick up and is clueless. I request her to speak to a manager- response -’no one is there- it’s 6 am only’’ mind you this is a hotel’ we have been put up on another property further away with minimal amenities, and response is -none can help now since none is available.I had stayed here earlier as well’But this time experience was horrible.I would not recommend anyone.. and in case you come.. please check time, events.. this being a small place, with lack of availability’ you are at their mercy and they can just throw you and discard’ no such thing as service industry and hospitality.

Stayed with my husband and daughter for 2 nights. Good food, good ambience, great location, etc., only disappointment was the service, which seemed exceptionally slow. Staff need to have more training on fast service and getting back on guest queries on time.

If you are in Dimapur for business trips I would highly recommend this place to stay. It's located at Chumukediama. Lovely and beautiful surroundings. Everything like restaurant, cafe, pool, turf ,gym etc are all available.
