Indian Railways to resume Shatabdi, Duronto, and several other trains!

For the convenience and better movement of railway passengers, Piyush Goyal-led Indian Railways is restoring several suspended train services across the rail network.

The operation of several special train services, which were earlier temporarily suspended or cancelled by the national transporter, are now being resumed.

>Northern Railways has restored several Shatabdi Specials, Duronto Specials, Express Specials and Railcar services for the rail passengers. These trains include New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi Express, Dehradun- NewDelhi Shatabdi, Kalka-Shimla Express Special, Lucknow-Prayagraj Sangam Special, etc.

>For the convenience of the passengers and to meet their demand, Railways has decided to resume the operation of 7 pairs of special trains.

Frequency of train No. 02945/02946 Mumbai Central-Okha Special has also been increased from 4 days a week to daily.

>Indian Railways will run 14 special trains including Chhapra-Nautanwa from June 21. Also, extension of period of operation for several trains will be increased.
