Craving authentic sushi? If yes, here is some great news! Starting from today, i.e., 7th September, the Japanese government has increased the daily arrival cap for international tourists to 50,000 from 20,000.

In addition, to be considered fully-vaccinated in Japan, one needs to have received three doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination. Both Covaxin and Covishield are part of the accepted vaccines. Individuals who have been administered with three doses are not required to produce a pre-departure COVID-19 test report anymore.
