In line with the new relaxed guidelines for Rajasthan announced recently by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, passengers travelling to Udaipur with a final vaccination certificate (two doses) issued at least 28 days before travelling to Rajasthan will not be required to carry a negative RT-PCR report.

Passengers without the final vaccination certificate however, will continue to be required to carry a negative RT-PCR report with sample collection done within 72 hours of arrival.

However, the negative RT-PCR report (issued within 48 hours of arrival) continues to be required for travel to Mumbai and Pune from other states and union territories.

3. Uttar Pradesh

IndiGo has also shared the new travel rules for Agra, stating that passengers will have to undergo mandatory RT-PCR testing on arrival (free of cost) in the City of Taj. This rule will be applicable even if they are already travelling with a negative RT-PCR / Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) report:

4. Odisha

Travellers arriving in the state capital of Bhubaneswar need to carry a negative RT-PCR / Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) report issued within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time, or a final vaccination certificate (two doses).
