Several Trains Cancelled by Indian Railways

Due to remodelling and non-interlocking work, various zones of Indian Railways have announced cancellations of many trains. Scroll down for further details.

> The West Central Railway declared that 10 trains will be cancelled in June. Below are the train numbers and the concerned dates: 

  • Train no. 14813/14814 Jodhpur–Bhopal–Jodhpur Express from 11th to 23rd June. 
  • Train nos. 20843/20844 Bilaspur–Bhagat Ki Kothi–Bilaspur Express from 6th to 25th June. 
  • Train nos. 20845/20846 Bilaspur–Bikaner–Bilaspur Express from 2nd to 26th June. 
  • Train nos. 22169/22170 Rani Kamlapati–Santragachi–Rani Kamlapati Weekly Express till 23rd June. 
  • Train nos. 18235/18236 Bhopal–Bilaspur–Bhopal Express till 24th June. 

> Owing to non-interlocking and track doubling work, the Western Railway announced that several trains will be cancelled, partially cancelled, diverted and short-terminated. 

These trains operate on popular routes, including Vadodara–Jamnagar, Mumbai–Hapa, Mumbai–Jamnagar and Bhavnagar–Okha.

> The North Eastern Railway tweeted about the cancellation of 20 trains. 

The reason behind this is the yard remodelling work being undertaken at Gonda railway station. These train services cover routes like Gorakhpur–Delhi, Aishbagh–Gorakhpur, Lucknow–Barauni, Chhapra–Gomti Nagar and Delhi–Raxaul.
