Do I Need a Voltage Converter in Thailand?

Thailand runs on a main voltage of 220 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a Thailand socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in Thailand?

Yes, but it depends on which socket your hotel has. Thailand uses Type A, B, C, F and O sockets at 220V/50Hz. Your Indian phone and laptop chargers are dual-voltage (the label reads 100–240V), so they handle Thailand voltage without any issue. The only question is plug shape — your Indian plug fits Type C sockets directly, but will not fit Type A, B, F and O sockets without an adapter. You do not need a voltage converter — Thailand's 220V is the same as India's 230V.
