The grand railway station will comprise lifts, a tourist information center, and medical facilities. All types of extensive preparations are being completed.

Spread across an 11,000 sqm area, the central dome of the Ayodhya Dham Junction’s building is inspired by Lord Ram’s ‘mukut’ (crown). The ‘chakra’ behind the ‘mukut’ represents the sun. Further, two ‘Shikhar’ on the two-story building are inspired from the Janaki temple. There are seven ‘mandapas’ between the ‘Shikhar’.

Refurbished platforms, new signboards, escalators, and murals of Lord Ram painted on walls–these and many more would be the features of the Ayodhya Dham Junction after the ongoing revamp.
