Rooms are impeccably maintained, and the food is tasty’though buffet variety is quite limited.Adventure activities were unavailable during our stay, and the kayaking area requires urgent maintenance for safety. The 2-occupancy room felt overly congested with narrow walkways compared to spacious 3- and 4-occupancy options’ideal for family groups or corporate teams, but not recommended for couples.Highly recommend for larger groups seeking luxury service; confirm activities ahead and book bigger rooms!

I visited Advaya Luxury Resorts, Sakleshpur on 24th and 25th January 2026, and had a very pleasant stay. The resort offers a calm and relaxing environment surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway from the city.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The overall ambience of the resort was peaceful and refreshing. The hospitality is excellent and makes you feel comfortable right from check-in.The rooms are very clean and hygienic, well maintained, and pleasant to stay in.The food was outstanding ’ all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were delicious with good variety and quality.Activities like the gym, kayaking, swimming pool, and indoor games are very well set up and enjoyable.Most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Starting from the reception to the dining hall, everyone was exceptionally good and supportive throughout our stay.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Advaya Resort for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.
