Ambica Sea Green

The rooms were good, but the hygiene and service were disappointing. The bedsheets were never changed during our stay. The landline in our room did not work, and even after complaining from day one, no action was taken. Because of this, we had to repeatedly go up and down to the reception for every request. In the end, I had to ask my friend to call from their room instead.There was only one TV remote provided, and drinking water was not kept in the room. Housekeeping only swept the floor but did not dust the table or side tables properly. There were also no small towels provided in the bathroom.Another issue was the food ’ the same menu was repeated for an entire week, which became very monotonous.Overall, while the rooms themselves were decent, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inadequate service made the experience unsatisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place. It's located by the beach with a great view of the sea. Service is good and fast. People are quite friendly and it's safe. Well accessible. It's located near the victory war memorial. Rooms are good and clean. Bathroom is clean too. They have rooms and fares as per size and view.

We stayed at Ambica Sea Green from Jan 21’22 and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were good and offered a great side sea view of RK Beach. We could even see the Submarine Museum from our room, which was a nice bonus.The hotel has an in-house restaurant with a good variety of food. The taste was nice, though a bit on the expensive side. The restaurant also offers beautiful beach views, and the Victory at War Memorial is visible from there.Overall, a nice hotel with great views and a comfortable stay.

We stayed in a partial sea view room, which had a large side window offering a nice view of the ocean. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, we experienced significant issues with the RFID door locks, they rarely worked, and we frequently had to call staff to let us into our room. We noticed several other guests facing the same problem while accessing their room. Apart from the lock issues, I would say it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience.Location:The location is absolutely perfect ’ just a 1’2 minute walk from RK Beach, right in front of it, yet away from the usual crowd. It’s peaceful and convenient, ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea without the chaos.Restaurant: Food was excellent and flavorful ’?Room:The room itself was decent, but there’s scope for improvement. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which the management should address.Room Service: Friendly and responsive, though TV channels took 3 days to repair ’?.Overall: Great location, tasty food, and good service.
