The worst experience I've had; the toilet flush was broken. We arrived late at night, around 11pm, and found the room in terrible condition. We booked another room, but they gave us a different one instead. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

The next room had water but no hot water for bath. They had to take cold water bath early in the morning. There was nobody available to provide proper help and the phone number provided was unreachable. Overall it was a terrible experience.
We had a horrible stay at this hotel. First no water then bed got broken then water pipe broke out. How we managed to spend that night god only knows. Staff is also not accepting any mistakes and refused to give manager number or complaint book.

Very Poor Stay

I checked into the room on 26.06.26. Initially, the room was dirty and gloomy. There was no water supply in the toilet, and even after repeatedly asking, they eventually provided it. The flush in all three toilets was not functioning. The beds were broken. The staff, especially Mr. Darshan and the security guard, were very rude to me. I strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances.
