The ambiance here was enjoyable. From the moment we got here, we felt at ease and warmly received. The staff managed everything very well. It was a rejuvenating getaway. Great choice for a family transit stay. The property is very large, making it suitable for hosting family gatherings, parties, corporate events, or weddings for people from nearby cities.

Lovely resort with excellent hospitality, close to nature and peaceful, perfect for relaxing your mind.

After our worst experiance ,it seems like all positive reviews are posted by their staff only or paid fake positive reviews those are.’’??The owner, his staff and His Son Cum Manager ,all are very arrogant ,pathetic ,non cultured ,ill mannered people .We are a doctor couple.. we visited to this resort few days ago ,after booking the room ,before 3 days . We went from Mumbai after 12 hours of train journey around 8am in morning. The staff was unaware of our booking and he rejected to open the main gate and made us waiting for 2 hours. Then again he told us that check in time is 10 am so we have to wait for room.After some time he told us that room is uncleaned and we have to wait for more 45 min. This way we recieved the room at 11 am. We kept on wondering here and there in premises. But nobody cared for us then we had to request staff for tea breakfast. That too they took money from us in advance then they gave us tea breakfast .After that no room service , no tea coffee. For drinking glasses , also we have to call them repeatedly. No dust bean provided . If we asked why service is so bad. The servant said arrogantly that tomorrow 25 delegates have booked resort so food preparation is going on for them so kitchen is not available so they cannot make tea coffee for us.So they didn't provide us evening tea.Can you imagine how intelligent ,good staff is there and how they are trained by the owner to give us such beautiful answers?Such insulting answers were given by the servant. When we told them that our experiance about staff and service is very bad . We won't visit again here and no recommendation from our side to anyone. He got angry and called owner dr majumdar and complained about us . Then Dr majumdar , asked us to not to say anything to his staff and ESPECIALLY HIS SON CUM MANAGER .Means for everything, he charged us hafty charges . For tea ,coffee, water bottle ,food was charges double rate from other hotels still they kept on giving dirty delayed service and insulting us. And still we should not complain Abt anything to anyone..how cheap services and staff and manager are here . We were charged rs 3000 for a room for single day.The whole time their kitchen was empty and out of function. They were purchasing food from outside and provided us at double rateWe asked to provide us dinner at 9.15 pm.. they brought dinner at 10.15pm.And told us that they were serving other customers so delayed our dinner. As we observed ,no body was there in their resort . All resort was empty but still they were faking that their resort is totally booked and they are busy with them.The owner is highly arrogant egoistic person who doesn't care for customers who pay them heavy charges for thier smelly rooms and dirty services.All the resort is always empty nobody visuts there due to bad service and egoistic staff.Kindly avoid this place to save your mental peace and hard earned moneyBeing a doctor couple and my daughter studying in medical college, they couldnot respect us or give us attention or good service.What good can happen with this useless owner, staff and resort?Their future is definately questionable .Owner's son is manager there.. he is also very egoistic. They don't agree that their mistakes are happening . They answer arrogantly to clients. They don't have any respect or value for clients. God bless them some good brain and maturity to handle clients in good mannerI would never go there again and would not suggest this resort to anyone . We feel like, we have wasted our hard earned money on such dirty place and dirty people .Next day , we planned to leave resort at 7am due to train time schedule, we told this many times to staff about our early morning leaving time. Still next day , nobody was there to open gate lock. We had to wait for 20min for arrival of staff and open the lock of gate .Such extremely good service and staff is there.

The owner, his staff, and his son who is also the manager, are all very arrogant, rude, and ill-mannered. We are a doctor couple and visited this resort a few days ago after booking a room three days in advance. We traveled from Mumbai after a 12-hour train journey and arrived around 8 am. The staff was unaware of our booking and refused to open the main gate, making us wait for two hours. Then they said check-in was at 10 am, so we had to wait longer. Later, they told us the room was unclean and we had to wait another 45 minutes, so we finally got the room at 11 am. We wandered around the premises but no one cared for us. We had to request tea and breakfast, paid in advance, and then received it. After that, there was no room service or tea/coffee. We had to repeatedly ask for drinking glasses and no dustbin was provided. When we asked why the service was so bad, the servant arrogantly said that 25 delegates had booked the resort for the next day, so the kitchen was busy and could not make tea or coffee for us. They didn’t provide evening tea either. The servant gave us insulting answers. When we complained about the poor staff and service, he got angry, called the owner Dr. Majumdar, and complained about us. Dr. Majumdar told us not to say anything to his staff, especially his son who is the manager. They charged us hefty fees for everything—tea, coffee, water bottles, and food were charged at double the rate of other hotels, yet the service was dirty, delayed, and insulting. We paid Rs 3000 for one day in a room. The kitchen was empty and not functioning; they bought food from outside and charged us double. We asked for dinner at 9:15 pm but it arrived at 10:15 pm, with the excuse that they were serving other customers. However, the resort was empty, so they were faking being busy. The owner is very arrogant and egoistic, not caring about customers who pay high charges for smelly rooms and dirty service. The resort is always empty because of bad service and arrogant staff. Please avoid this place to save your mental peace and hard-earned money. Despite being a doctor couple and having a daughter in medical college, they showed no respect or attention. What good can come from such useless owner, staff, and resort? Their future is definitely doubtful. The owner's son, the manager, is also very egoistic and refuses to admit mistakes, answering clients arrogantly without respect. God bless them with some maturity to handle clients properly. We will never go there again or recommend this resort to anyone. We feel like we wasted our hard-earned money on such a dirty place and rude people. The next day, we planned to leave at 7 am due to train schedule and informed staff multiple times, but no one was there to open the gate. We had to wait 20 minutes for staff to arrive and unlock the gate. Such extremely good service and staff indeed.
