Needs lots of improvement. Restaurant is totally neglected area . Food is served stale and gave us stomach indigestion. Not at all five star. Cleanliness is not up to mark resturant area is too sticky and staff were not very helpful or enthusiastic about their service

I booked room for newly wed couples.AC was not functioning properly. No cooling at all.Staff mentioned that they will give cake as a part of celebration but they forgot to do so.Not worth spending 7350/-

Rooms are quite good. Food is excellent. What kills the experience is the service. Staff is very courteous no doubt. But everything takes ages to get done. Sometimes it just doesn't get done. Food takes a long time to come, even in the restaurant. Some issues that we faced.1) I ordered some Mango Cheesecake as suggested to me by the staff. After about 20-25 mins the chef comes out and tells me that it cannot be served as it has collapsed. 2) we had opted for the buffet. We filled up some veggies etc in our plates. My kids chappatis were served almost 20 mins later by which time I had already finished my dinner. 3) I asked for some extra plates with cutlery to be brought to my room in the evening around 6;30, which took more than 2 phone calls and more than an hour to arrive. 4) The wifi was not working and so was the TV. Must have reported a number of times but didn't get sorted till we left. As in no one turned up to check, forget solving the issue.5) Lost some money from my room, when we had gone for lunch. Same has been reported to their manager and he assured me that they will investigate and report. Let's see what happens. Not very optimistic though.
