The rooms were excellent, but the service left much to be desired! The new staff members act like stalkers, which raises concerns about women's safety. Recently, we had an accident while dining at the hotel's restaurant. The situation was not managed as we had hoped. We believe that the staff member involved should be dismissed due to his conduct. We reviewed the CCTV footage and discussed the matter with the manager and receptionist, urging them to handle it appropriately. I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience 🙌🏻

Comfortable Stay Near Temple with a Few Areas for ImprovementI booked this property through MakeMyTrip during my visit to the famous Kolhapur Temple. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the hotel lived up to the expectations shown in the booking images’the rooms looked exactly as advertised, which is always a positive sign.Before reaching the hotel, I tried calling the contact number provided in the booking to confirm my reservation, but unfortunately, no one answered the call. Since I was arriving at night, this made me a little concerned. I would recommend that the hotel improve its responsiveness to guest calls, especially for late check-ins.Another challenge was locating the property. Finding the hotel at night was not very easy, and the parking space is quite limited, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling by car.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a peaceful overnight stay. The staff was courteous, and overall, I had a pleasant experience.However, there are a couple of things the hotel can improve:* Unlike most hotels in India, they did not provide complimentary packaged drinking water (such as Bisleri). Instead, they only offered RO water. While RO water is acceptable, many guests expect sealed bottled water as a standard amenity.* I requested an iron to press my clothes, but I was informed that this facility was not available. Having an iron or a basic ironing service would certainly enhance the guest experience.Despite these minor shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay. The property offers good value, the rooms are comfortable, and the photos accurately represent what you get. My only suggestion to future guests would be to confirm your booking in advance, especially if you’re arriving late in the evening.With a few small improvements in guest communication, parking assistance, and basic amenities, this hotel can become an even better choice for visitors to Kolhapur.

Rooms were clean but quite small. The hotel is located right in the center. Regarding service, I expected them to provide water bottles in the room, but they had none and charged us for a single bottle of Bisleri when we requested it.
