This hotel is very troublesome... the reception is terrible... I had a very bad experience here.
I booked the hotel for 2 days, payments were made in advance for 2nd and 3rd October while we were supposed to reach on 3rd morning only and check out on 4th morning. Due some unforeseen incidents at our place, we had to cancel the travel which was intimated immediately to Agoda who agreed to cancel the booking provided the Hotel accepts the cancellation. We called the Hotel *** and requested to accept the cancellation but he refused while the room we booked is allotted to other customers for the same dates making double money for same room which is malpractice. It is not the question of money only but the fairness and integrity of the hotel owner who in an exception case could have approved the cancellation while making the same money with other bookings without any loss. But as an opportunist business house they refused the cancellation and hence our hard earned money is wasted without taking the services. Worst ever experience with Agoda partner. Similar situations are handled very diligently by other platforms. Stay away from this property.
Hotel room is clean and good (AC deluxe). Staff is polite. There is no restaurant in hotel or kitchen so need to go out to eat or order food.
