Hotel property is huge and spacious rooms are spacious too . Kindly take a screenshot if your Booking says you can have the upper floor , cause once you go there and if you don't have proof they won't give u room on upper floor. Cleanliness is a very big concern here , after checking In I had to tell them to deep clean the whole room . Phones were sticky for dust and god knows what .Toilets were dirty and stained all spider webs around the beds head board as well. Bedsheets are all either stained or they are torn. Literally after cleaning my room the guy put a torn bedsheet and I'm like wht the hell ! Even if your super deluxe is for 2.5k it's not for free right so have some decency to give clean bedsheets .I have attached few pics for reference. No food nothing available accept the room as I went in August and according to them it's an off season. Staff is nice but they really need some training how to tidy up their hotel .
This resort is a game changer, as the location is very close to Hilltop .Also its neat and clean with a good pool
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a strong bad smell outside the washroom, especially from the doormat, which was actually a towel. We asked for the bedsheets to be changed because they were dirty. There was no male staff available to carry briefcases to the first floor. The taps were old and not functioning well; using them forcefully might damage the property. There were many notices warning guests to take care of their belongings and cars, and to switch off TVs, but no notice displayed the reception number. The cleaner's behavior was also unpleasant.
