I recently stayed at your property from 25th sep to 26th sep ockean de goa. I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my stay.A few highlights from my visit:The front desk team was warm and welcoming, especially, who went above and beyond during check-in.Room & Amenities: The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-maintained.breakfast,The breakfast spread was exceptional.Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. Okean De Goa is a Quaint Little Hotel located in a Small Lane off the Vagator-Assagaon Road and is about 2.50 kms from Vagator Beach, which is the nearest Beach to this Hotel. Being a bit far from the Beach and everything else, it is in a Nice, Quiet Neighborhood, but you will surely need to have your own Vehicle, if you decide to stay here. There is Open Parking available in the Compound which has a Gate and a Security Guard, so Safety is taken care of. They have basically 2 types of Rooms – Deluxe and Luxury. The Deluxe Rooms are Very Small, so it is better to opt for the Luxury Rooms. Even in the Luxury Rooms, they have Rooms with Balcony and without Balcony. The Luxury Rooms with Balcony have a weird kind of design and do not offer any view, besides being smaller than the Luxury Rooms without Balcony. It is therefore advisable to opt for the Pool Facing Luxury Rooms without Balcony, as they are Spacious, Very Well Furnished and offer a Great Pool View as well. All their Rooms are Comfortably Furnished with Queen Sized Beds, 2 Side Tables, Comfortable Mattresses & Pillows, Good Linen, Duvets, Towels, etc, 2 Chairs with a Coffee Table in the Sitting Area, Electric Kettle with Supplies, Mini Fridge with Freezer as well, Large Wardrobe, Flat Screen TV with Airtel DTH, Split AC, etc. The Bathrooms are a bit small, but the Shower Area is Fully Enclosed with a Glass Door, so no water comes out while showering, which is good. Their Commodes have a Bidet Spray, which is Really Good. They have a Solar Water Heater that provides 24x7 Hot Water and they also have a Back-Up Generator in case of any Power Failures. The Quality of Toiletries provided is also good. They have a Good Sized Swimming Pool which is Clean & Well Maintained, Seating Area with Tables & Chairs, Pool Decks and also a Nice Bar next to the Swimming Pool as well. However, since they do not insist on Guests Showering before entering the Pool and also wearing Swimming Costumes, you will always find Beach Sand at the bottom of the Pool as some Guests come from the Beach and directly enter the Pool without Showering, which is not good. Some Guests also enter the Pool wearing their Night Clothes i.e. Cotton Vests & Boxer Shorts, which is also not good. They have a Nice Restaurant where a Buffet Breakfast is served daily from 8 to 10 am. The Spread is good, the items are freshly prepared & Tasty and the Service is good too. There is also a small Children’s Play Area with Slides & Swings. They however do not have a Gym. The Hotel generally offers Competitive Rates as well, making it a Popular Choice. A Good Place to stay at if you do not want a Beachside Property and if you are ok with just a Swimming Pool and no Gym.
