Stayed here for 3nights but the room condition is pathetic old kind of room. When i enquired about the rooms they said it's deluxe rooms ,suite rooms are paid at extra 500. Images shown on agonda doesnt match with rooms
PARKING AND OTHER ISSUES ARE THERE
"My recent stay at De Amour Holiday was disappointing. The washbasin in the room was leaking, which made using the bathroom inconvenient and unpleasant. There was no effort to refill toiletries or tea bags during my stay, despite these being basic necessities.The reception desk was unresponsive and lacked any proactive approach to addressing issues. Requests for assistance were either delayed or ignored entirely, which added to the frustration.The only positive aspect of the stay was the tasty breakfast they offered, which was a small consolation in an otherwise subpar experience.Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service overshadowed the potential of this property. Significant improvements are needed to meet basic hospitality standards."
