The hotel is excellent and good service. Had comfortable stay and the location is proximity to beaches and good restaurantswith 6km.Complimentary Breakfast needs improvement in taste especially sambar and idly. Other than that I have no other complaint

We were a large group of senior citizens visiting Goa for three and a half days and had??a not so good experience during our stay for three nights at Azara resort. We arrived at about 12.0 hrs and the room was made available at 2.0 PM and simultaneously?? the lunch was announced leaving us in a dilemma as to whether freshen up and have cold Lunch or have lunch first.The location is so so, the nearest beach Anjuna?? and the market is about 20 mts walk from here. Conveyance is not readily available and the contact provided by hotel didn't respond.Our group has booked the trip(including hotel) with one sandy travels( will writes seperate review for them) which has provided the transportation for all first four days.The room was quite big and had all amenities. But the floor was not clean and full of sand. AC and intercom worked properly.Food was basic and many items repeated on routine basis . I avoided juice as it was canned and had lot of suger.Staff is OK need more training in hospitality. Dining room has a well arranged seating set up.Swimming pool is clean and compact.On last day our flight was a little late in the evening. Hotel management did not allow us to retain the room beyond 11 hrs not even for most Sr.Citizen. Even on payment they shown there inability.I am still sorting out the who was responsible for this situation tour organiser Sandy or the Hotel management. Hotel knew that our flight was in late evening.Overall, this hotel fails in service standards, courtsy and food. The experience does not match the the Photos on social media and?? expectations at all.

Stayed at Azara Hotel, Goa from 22’25 with family (12 members). Spacious, neat and well-maintained rooms.Fast room service and very helpful reception staff. Delicious food and a clean swimming pool’kids really enjoyed it.Suggestion: Wi-Fi inside rooms needs improvement.Overall, a pleasant and family-friendly stay.

Extremely disappointing experience at Azara Hotel from the moment we arrived.We reached the hotel at 1:00 PM and went to the restaurant. The service was shockingly slow ’ it took around 20 minutes just for the staff to take our order. This level of delay is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer quality service.Check-in was done at 2:00 PM, and the room condition was extremely poor. The floor was dusty and sandy throughout, and within minutes of walking barefoot our feet were completely dirty. This clearly reflects a serious lack of housekeeping and cleanliness.The facilities were equally disappointing. There is no hot water in the jacuzzi, and the hot water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent, even with the geyser switched on. Basic amenities were missing ’ no body lotion provided, and no landline phone in the room. For any assistance, guests are expected to call the hotel’s mobile number, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient.Overall, this hotel fails badly in cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards. The experience does not match the price or expectations at all. I strongly do not recommend this property ever again

Wonderful experience overall. The property is very nice, clean, and peaceful. The staff is extremely courteous and supportive, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Food was delicious with good variety, and the service was quick and well managed. Would definitely love to visit again
