Property has much potential but it is very bady maintained. The entrance of the property is very unclean and looks as a banned building in ruins. Rooms are spacious but very old. We had very bad experience the rooms smelled terribly of moist, and there were water leaks throughout the bedrooms. Ac were not working properly. It rained in the night and the water started to leak from the roof. Terrible experience. Only the staff were considerate especially subash, he helped us alot.Overall i wouldnt suggest stayimg at the peoperty
Laguna Anjuna is truly a one-of-a-kind travel experience. It offers a charming vintage stay, with beautifully designed rooms each with its own unique vibe and character. The attention to detail in the surroundings adds to the overall peaceful and aesthetic atmosphere.The bathrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, all featuring bathtubs perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable.Its location is another big plus, being close to Anjuna Beach and surrounded by some excellent restaurants. What really sets this place apart, though, is the serene environment. Mornings are incredibly calm you can literally hear leaves falling on the roof, and occasionally even mangoes dropping.If you’re lucky, you might also get visits from their friendly cats or even spot wild peacocks around the property, which adds a magical touch to the experience.A must-visit if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a unique stay away from the usual hustle.
Such an underrated gem i would say, rooms were huge , retro Portuguese styled, naturally built bathtubs ,lush greens everywhere, breakfast was great, service and attendants were helpful and quick. We could spot peacocks, play with puppies. Location wise it’s 5min bike ride to the beach/20min walk.Somethings to consider:- there is no pool currently, it was demolished looks like- its not a modern resort, its old and rustic with nature all around, choose when you want calmness and not the modern vibe. So yea not everyone’s cup of tea.Overall 5/5 personally for me for the price i paid.
