Excellent hospitality...great service....all the staff are courteous
it is a nice hotel, and the staff is good. but location is not near the beach.
Other 5 stars should seriously consider taking lessons from Westin on hospitality. Excellent well trained and courteous staff. Excellent well thought out interiors even though we didn’t get a room upgrade due to full occupancy. Special thanks to Maitrish on the staff for excellent service. Made our stay worth it!Only thing the hotel needs to improve on is the food. For such outstanding things in other areas the food was pretty average. The chef needs to be changed. 2.5/5 for the breakfast buffet.But even after that the place would get a 5 star from me for other things.
