W Goa

They were quite accommodating with early check-in and check-out, especially considering we had children. The staff was outstanding; we encountered some problems with room cleaning, but they promptly addressed them. Thanks to Mr. Archan and his team for making our stay much more comfortable. This is definitely the best hospitality we've experienced in Goa.

Our stay at W was short but very pleasant. Aniket, who manages The Kitchen and Woobar, treated us exceptionally well. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room. The chef and the entire team at TKT were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed Rockpool and Vagator. Thanks to the W team. However, one issue was quite troubling: I booked through MMT clearly stating that three adults would be staying, and the full charges were paid accordingly. But upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional Rs 4720 for one adult, which was quite a shock. So, if you plan to stay here, make sure to double-check this, as I have never encountered such a charge when booking through MMT before.

I want to sincerely thank the whole team at W Goa for making my recent visit truly outstanding. Every staff member went the extra mile to make sure my stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. Special thanks to Rohaan, Pritha, and Yash for their excellent professionalism, kindness, and commitment. Their careful attention, genuine friendliness, and readiness to help with every need really stood out. They are a great asset to W Goa, and I wish them all the best and continued success in their careers.
