A special thanks to Shreya (who made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay), Resma (waitress with the most uplifting and positive spirit and good recommendations and conversation) Devansh (who took time to know why and what I was hoping for from the trip and made it happen), Pritha, Rinkal (amazing sound healing and masseuse). I've stayed in a lot of W Hotels globally. But this one is something very special! 100% recommend!

Our stay at W Goa was fantastic. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were outstanding. Every detail was managed perfectly, and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. A big thank you to Manisha for her dedication in ensuring our stay was comfortable and unforgettable. Her careful planning and focus on our experience meant a lot to us. Thanks to Manisha and the whole W Goa team for their excellent hospitality. We definitely look forward to returning!

W Goa is a stunning resort, but sadly, the service fell far short of expectations. Even though it's a luxury hotel, we experienced frequent delays and a lack of care for basic guest needs. * Our food took nearly an hour to be served. * The pools were not properly cleaned. * Breakfast was served late. * We found hair in our food twice. * We waited about 20 minutes for a buggy. * The worst part was trying to get help setting up a baby camera. I called the hotel around 10 times over two hours, but no one came to assist. For a high-end place like W Goa, this level of service is unacceptable. Staff need to be more attentive, especially when guests have children. While the property is visually impressive, true hospitality requires much more than just beautiful surroundings. I cannot recommend W Goa until they make serious improvements to their service and guest care.
