Kindly note that we feel we have been misled/fraudulently represented regarding this booking.The property photos shown at the time of booking are completely different from the actual property and appear to be from different locations/bookings. Moreover, none of the restaurants are operational, construction work is ongoing, and there was no water supply for approximately one hour.The actual condition of the property is significantly different from what was advertised at the time of booking. This is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience.We request you to investigate this matter immediately and provide a full refund/cancellation without any penalty. Had a great stay here, and honestly the people made all the difference. We checked in quite late at night, and Shaid at the front desk made the whole process smooth and hassle-free ’ no waiting around, no fuss, just quick and courteous service even at that hour. Big thanks to him for making a tiring travel day end on a good note.Mukul was equally helpful and supportive throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed.Rahul, who took care of our room, was attentive and prompt, and the housekeeping aunty kept everything spotless every single day.The food was really good too ’ fresh, tasty, and served on time throughout our stay.What really stood out was how warm and welcoming every staff member was ’ it genuinely felt like they cared about making our stay comfortable, not just doing their job. Special mention again to Shaid, whose late-night check-in support deserves real appreciation.Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Sibaya Beach Resort! The location is absolutely perfect, with direct access to the beautiful Morjim Beach and a peaceful atmosphere that made our trip truly relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety and was served in a beautiful setting.The entire property is well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Every moment of our stay was memorable, and I would definitely recommend Sibaya Beach Resort to anyone visiting Goa.Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. Booking Sibaya Beach Resort based on their online gallery was a massive mistake. The rooms are worst’shabby, poorly kept, and a complete contrast to the glossy images shown online. If the terrible rooms weren't enough, they actually cut off our Wi-Fi access on the very last day of our stay, which was incredibly petty and inconvenient.I must mention that Dilip from the staff was excellent. His behavior was very good, and he was the only pleasant part of our stay. However, one good employee cannot make up for a deceptive resort and terrible rooms. Total scam in the name of a resort. Save your money.
