**★★★★☆ – Amazing stay, but the approach road needs serious improvement**The stay itself was excellent. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and easily deserves a **10/10**. A special thanks to **Kushal Gupta**, who was a very friendly and helpful host. His hospitality made the experience even better.The only major downside was the approach road and parking. I visited during the monsoon in my front-wheel-drive SUV, and the road leading to the property was extremely narrow, muddy, and slippery. There was a steep incline of around 45°, and due to the wet, muddy surface, my tyres kept skidding, making it very difficult for the vehicle to climb up. Guests with sedans or front-wheel-drive cars should be especially cautious during the rainy season.If the access road and parking are improved, this place would be close to perfect. As of now, I'd rate the **property 9/10**, **host 10/10**, but the **road and parking only 2/10**.
This was my first visit, and the hospitality was incredibly warm. The views and service were excellent, and the staff was very helpful. We really loved the property.

Group • Jul 2026We recently stayed at this cottage in Manali. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the mountain view from the property was absolutely stunning. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.However, the food was a bit disappointing. The quality and taste did not match the prices, which were quite high compared to other hotels and cottages we've stayed at in Manali. I hope they improve their food quality and pricing, as the property itself has great potential. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the rooms and the beautiful views.
