Not so friendly front desk staff . kept on started calling from 10.30 to check out. and even told that they are charging half day for the late checkouts.
We were given a cottage which didn't have a ocean view. So its based on luck the rooms get assigned depending on checkin time and current occupancy, not all rooms have ocean view beware of that... property might be average at its best, definitely not worth the price they charge. Also the property has become old now and no renovation seems to be planned. After staying here I would not choose the property again even if they offer it for half the price they charged us... I paid around ***. Beach was the only memorable thing here. Food was average, chicken and prawns were good and tasty but the fish wasn't good.
The photos shown on the app do not match the actual property. It is a 15-year-old property and is in very bad condition.As soon as I entered the room, there was a bad smell, mosquitoes, and even a lizard on the LED TV. There is no maintenance at all. I immediately left the hotel within 5 minutes because of these issues.I asked for cancellation and a refund, but the property owner said Agoda had taken the payment and that Agoda should refund it, not them. I did not stay there, but I still lost my money.The Agoda team said the property owner is not answering the call, and the number provided is not the correct person’s number. They are misleading customers by showing old photos instead of the current condition of the property. I am also sharing the actual photos.Charging 6,200 for this resort is not worth it at all. It is worth only around 1,000. The ratings here seem fake. Never book this resort. I highly recommend avoiding this property.
