I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing.To begin with, I was charged an additional 1,000 for early check-in. Considering the premium charged, I expected the room to at least be ready. Instead, I walked into a room with visibly dirty bed sheets that had stains and marks on them. I immediately requested that they be changed, but the staff said they would do it later since I had to step out.When I returned that night, the sheets still hadn't been changed. To make matters worse, no one answered the reception phone despite multiple attempts. I eventually had to call the restaurant and request that they ask reception to respond. Only then did the housekeeping staff arrive.The housekeeping experience was equally disappointing. The staff were completely unprofessional—they barely acknowledged my presence, did not respond when I spoke to them, and their behavior made me feel quite uncomfortable. Basic courtesy and communication were entirely missing.The following day, I switched on the "Make My Room" indicator before leaving, expecting the room to be cleaned. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. Once again, I had to call and request housekeeping. I was then told that I was also expected to explicitly inform reception if I wanted the room cleaned.That raises an obvious question: What is the purpose of having a "Make My Room" switch if it doesn't actually result in the room being serviced? And if there is an additional requirement to notify reception, why wasn't this communicated to me at check-in or when I first raised issues?Overall, in spite of choosing an Executive room and paying 1000 extra for early check in, this stay below satisfactory
