️️️☆☆We stayed at this resort for two days. The property itself is beautiful and surrounded by nature, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience was disappointing mainly because of the cleanliness and room facilities.The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, which was very uncomfortable. Since the resort is located inside a jungle area, insects are expected to some extent, but there were too many insects inside the room and proper measures did not seem to be taken.Another major inconvenience is that there is no intercom or phone in the room to contact the reception or restaurant. This becomes especially difficult if your room is located far from the reception. Some areas of the property also have very poor or no lighting at night, making it uncomfortable and difficult to walk around after dark.The property has good potential and the staff are friendly, but they really need to improve room cleanliness, hygiene, lighting, and basic guest facilities. With better maintenance and attention to these issues, the experience could be much better.

Our family traveled from Kannur and booked six rooms at Banasura Jungle Resort, but it turned out to be one of our worst resort experiences. We arrived around 4:30 PM on Saturday after a long drive in bad weather, and no staff came to guide us or show the rooms, making us wait nearly an hour. The rooms were in poor condition: two had severe roof leaks with water dripping onto the beds, and two others had water collected in the ceiling, risking leaks at any moment. We informed staff and only late at night were given two replacement rooms far from the main area. Our room had empty beer bottles and cigarette boxes nearby, which was very disappointing for our first trip after marriage. We had to repeatedly visit reception to report issues instead of enjoying our vacation. The resort had promised all facilities, but after payment, we were told the barbecue grill was unavailable due to weather, which should have been disclosed earlier. Management told us to "adjust" to the leaking rooms, which is unacceptable given the price paid. Overall, poor maintenance, cleanliness, customer service, and unhelpful management ruined our special trip. I cannot recommend this resort unless they improve these areas significantly.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this resort. The natural beauty of the place is stunning, making it very peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciated being surrounded by greenery. Every view from the resort was breathtaking, and the rooms and environment were spotless and tidy. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We were extremely pleased with our stay. There are plenty of activities available for both children and adults. Choosing this resort was definitely the best decision we made.
