The warm hospitality and lovely ambiance of the resort made this trip even more special. I arrived here without high hopes, but honestly, I’m at a loss for words. I’m truly impressed! The place is stunning, the room is excellent, and everything is just perfect. However, that’s not the main thing I want to mention. I checked in this morning and have since had lunch, high tea, and dinner. After all that, I can sincerely say I’ve never experienced such outstanding service at any other hotel or resort. Beyond the service itself, what really stood out to me was the staff’s attitude and behavior. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such a warm, friendly, and genuinely wonderful team at a hotel or resort. Absolutely incredible. I have nothing else to add. For me, the greatest quality and true highlight of this resort are its people. Wonderful people. Truly wonderful people! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. What impressed us most was the food and the friendliness of the staff, who always made us feel welcome. There were also plenty of fun activities. Definitely a great choice for a relaxing staycation!

Wild Planet Bana Heights is a fantastic resort located at the summit near Banasura Hills. This place feels like it's from another world. From the nature walks and morning treks to the infinity pool with valley views and themed rooms, everything is wonderful. You need at least a mini SUV to navigate the exciting uphill road to the resort. The manager, front desk staff, restaurant team, and the host of the evening campfire are all very welcoming and impressive. The food is also excellent. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. I visited Bana Heights, Wild Planet for our gathering. The setting was stunning, peaceful, and close to nature, which was truly delightful. The staff made every effort to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, with special thanks to Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Subhash. They also arranged a driver for me to visit local temples; thanks to Mr. Dileep for the tours. The buffet food was delicious—thanks to Chef Benny and the team. The on-site games and activities were enjoyable, thanks to Jineesh. We also had a fantastic time trekking, thanks to Akku. Overall, we all had a wonderful experience.
