Property location is not very clean. No staff available before 9am. Breakfast prepared only after that. No hot water facility in bathroom
Very close to beach, comfortable and clean spaces
Had a really nice stay at Basera, Palolem. Vishesh ji, the owner, is extremely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality really made the stay special.The beach is just a 1-minute walk away, and the bazaar is also nearby. The food is delicious, too!The hotel is good for the price, with some scope for improvement. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
