I booked a hotel I have reached little earlier and I told the hotel staff that i will get fresh up then leave premises and come to hotel by 9 pm since I came for vacation hotel staff didn't tell me they charge money for early check in and apparently used the room and left and staff started calling me mentioning that i should pay for early check in charges and they said they will discuss with manager and let me know when I check out they called me almost 5 times which made me piss off and I paid the early check in charges as well while checking out but they asked me to make the payment on their own upi scanner which made me feel bad by lying to me and I was there 2 days in the hotel after day you should clean the room but they didn't do .Can you please rephrase and give it to me I booked this hotel for my vacation and arrived a little earlier than the standard check-in time. I informed the staff that I would freshen up, leave the premises, and return by 9 PM. At no point during check-in did the staff clearly inform me that early check-in would incur additional charges.After I had already used the room and left, the staff repeatedly called me — almost five times — asking me to pay early check-in charges. They initially said they would discuss it with the manager and let me know at checkout, but the repeated calls during my stay were very uncomfortable and frustrating.Eventually, I paid the early check-in charges during checkout. However, I was asked to make the payment through their personal UPI scanner instead of the hotel’s official billing process, which felt unprofessional and misleading.Additionally, I stayed at the hotel for two days, and even after the first day, the room was not cleaned or serviced as expected.Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency, repeated disturbance regarding payment, and poor housekeeping service.

Positive Feedback:Thank you for the stay. 1. The view is very nice. 2. The room is clean and well maintained. 3. The staff are very helpful and polite. 4. The food is good, reasonably priced like restaurants, and tastes nice.5. Pool well maintained, staff used to clean every day and kids pool also available. 6. Common areas maintaining well. 7. Beach view rooms are memorable speech less. As I stayed in 502 amazing both Sunrise and SunSet. Things that could be improved:1.WiFi details are only inside the room and washroom. It would be better to display the WiFi password in common areas as well.2.There is no cupboard. Please provide at least a small one to keep backpacks or trolley bags.3.The telephone does not need to be on the bedside table. It can be fixed on the wall so the table space can be used better.4.There is a shower near the pool, but it would be better to have one before or after the pool so guests can rinse off without going back to the room in wet clothes.5.I stayed in room 502. The main door is not properly fitted and makes noise all the time, especially at night due to the wind.6.There is no proper cloth drying stand. The one provided is very small, so an additional one would help.7.It would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast (at least 2 items), especially since the room price is more than 3000. Even smaller hotels offer this.8.In room 502, the toilet seat cover is loose and shakes while sitting.9.I did not see cockroaches, but there are red ants moving around.10. complimentary soaps not upto the mark, should be improved.
