Best Western Plus Ramachandra

Came here to have breakfast on Sunday Morning. We had ordered food on Ala Carte. No Masala Dosa and No Poori available. The service is very very slow. The staff has a very peculiar habit of NOT ATTENDING OR EVEN LOOKING AT THE CUSTOMERS. There some 7 staff members walking around but none of them attend the customers. A basic thing like Idly takes 20 mins to reach the table. The food taste is also not great. You get better food on road side small stalls.They are taking money as if its a five star restaurant but there is no service or taste. Just because there is no place near Gajuwaka with sitting ambience doesn’t mean that these guys show their monopoly.Very bad. Do not come here

Had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus Ramachandra Hotel. We recently hosted my brother’s reception here, and everything was exceptional. The ambience was elegant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff managed the event smoothly and ensured everything went perfectly. Highly recommended for special occasions!

I visited this hotel on 3 Jan 26 for some party .I disappointed with these reason1. Staff stands at PM 0930 hrs for last order ...If you want to stay for a long party u donot go this place .2. Rate list of item as five star hotel but the service and staff behaviour is a like zero star ...Donot go view high rate ( quality of food is also very unhappy specially fruit funch and mojito )3. Behaviour of staff is like we are coming frist time ..they just want to secure their hotel in time and want to sleep ...Very disappointed

Best Western Ramachandra HotelI had planned to stay at Best Western Ramachandra Hotel during my Odisha trip, but unfortunately, no rooms were available at that time. I ended up staying at Quality Inn Ramachandra instead.On my return journey, I contacted Mr. Kiran Kamesh, who assured me of a room’and pleasantly surprised me with an upgrade to a suite room.Room & Comfort:The suite was quite spacious and thoughtfully designed. It included a separate meeting room and a bedroom. The meeting room was well-equipped with a sofa set, work table, and even a gym cycle.The bedroom featured a comfortable king-size bed, bedside chairs, two additional chairs with a coffee table, and a large mirror. There was also a tea/coffee maker, ample luggage storage, and a spacious bathroom stocked with good-quality toiletries and fresh towels. The bed linen was spotless and felt fresh and comfortable.Food:The room tariff included a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of items on the menu, offering something for every taste.Service & Facilities:The staff were polite, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the stay. The hotel offers basement parking, and valet parking is also available, which made things very convenient.Location:The hotel is easily accessible and located close to the main road, making it convenient for travelers.Overall Experience:The combination of delicious food, spacious accommodation, and excellent service made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Best Western Ramachandra Hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and a memorable experience.
