I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Room service was unresponsive ’ no one picked up the phone despite multiple attempts. Additionally, the room had several maintenance issues: the door was not functioning properly, and the TV didn't work at all. These problems significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience.

I had recently booked a room for my relatives here. Rooms are clean and nice. they have wifi, hot water, air conditioning and room service. Their staff are kind and friendly too. The locality is perfect, lot of restaurants are close by its easy for out stationers to go about their daily routine.

I stayed here with my family in 201 and the stay was fantastic. I hesitated to book in here because of some bad reviews but the stay was incredible. Everything was beautifully maintained.The room was spacious and the staffs were really humble.Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Horrible Dirty Stay

Absolutely pathetic- no cleanliness, bed bugs, cockroaches in the room. The staff and OWNER is absolutely rude. They refuse to clean. Totally full of smoke smell and dingy room. Kindly do not go and do not believe other reviews. I have personally experienced by keeping my clients. Within two days we had to change the hotel
