Couple • India • Oct 2026Had the worst experience while booking. They refused to make any exceptions, even though I asked for a room close to parking because of elderly parents. The reservation team was very rude and arrogant; I doubt even the owner would have behaved this way. It feels like money is more important than customers. Also, it was during the office season, so they should try to understand that customers sometimes have valid reasons.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Everything was satisfactory except for the bathtubs and the geyser. The property is well-kept and has a very cozy atmosphere. However, the bathtubs are quite outdated and do not justify the higher prices charged for rooms with bathtubs. The geyser has a small capacity, causing the water to cool down before you can even begin your shower. Other than these issues, I truly enjoyed my stay.
