The staff’s attitude towards the receptionist was quite disappointing. At times, the way the receptionist looked at guests felt unnecessarily judgmental and as if they were being treated as somehow “lesser,” which was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to see.Everyone should be treated with equal respect, regardless of who they are. Also, when someone is new to a hotel, they may not know all the rules or procedures. That doesn’t mean they should be looked down upon for it.What I found even more disappointing was the receptionist rudely cutting the phone call before the conversation was even complete. Overall, the behaviour felt quite disrespectful and left a very bad impression of the hotel.
