After we booked the room the next day morning i called the Resort's manager (Contact details given by the this platform as manager was not the real manager, he was a agent or something which even the this platform doesn't know) and he asked my details and confirmed the booking.When I was on the way to kodaikanal, i saw the message from the Resort which sent on yestdy night. I was confused cause i already called the manager and confirmed the booking, so i called the Resort again, that time the number they gave was different. Still when i called the guy and shared my details he said "yes Sir the booking is confirmed ". So then no issues right, that's wht we expected. When we arrived around 12.40 and checked with staff about the booking they said they don't know anything about it. I showed him the number and time i called he said 1st he don't know him... Then i called and talked he said u didn't give the advance, huh where this platform did mentioned about the advance payment... It was on arrival payment at the Resort... Clearly mentioned by this platform. The guy i called in the morning said..."sir i thought ur abin i heard different name... But i heard him say clearly 4 adults Alfin raju... When i asked him he saying ur abin 4 rooms right booked... What the heck. Really it was a scam by the Resort or this platform. I would never suggest either both. And finally they gave us the room after make issue, but not the one which was showen in the picture while booking.Dear this platform either please update the details of hotels and check the hotel and staff management are good or else just stop scaming People... I used to book from ur website and after this incident I won't and never suggest any one.Thankyou

The location and atmosphere are great, but the bathrooms are in bad condition. If they enhance the toilets and room cleanliness, I would certainly rate it 4.5 stars. As it stands, it's not very suitable for families.
