Our experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The room had black mould across the walls and ceiling, while the bed sheets and pillows had visible red stains. Several basic amenities mentioned in the listing, including an electric kettle and bathtub, were missing.Drinking water was another major issue. When we requested water, we were directed to a dispenser that remained empty throughout our two day stay. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to refill or replace it, nothing was done.Although the bathroom appeared superficially clean, it had a persistent, unpleasant smell. We requested air freshener several times, but again, there was no action.Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, basic amenities and responsiveness of the staff were well below an acceptable standard. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Our recent stay at this property in Kodaikanal was extremely disappointing. The room was very small and cramped—once the bed was inside, there was hardly any space left to move around.The bedsheets and pillow covers were not properly washed/changed before our arrival. We had to specifically ask them to change the pillow cover, and only then was it replaced. There were no hangers or shelves available in the room to keep our clothes.Basic amenities were also missing. Towels and toiletries were not provided. When we asked for towels, we were told that the laundry person had not arrived and that the towels would be provided the next morning. However, even the next morning, the towels were not provided.The closet/toilet area was in very poor condition, with a terrible foul smell. Water was accumulating and was not draining properly. After complaining, someone came around midnight and carried out only a partial repair, but the problem was not properly resolved. This caused considerable discomfort and we could not sleep properly.The main door lock and handle were also broken and not functioning properly. There was only a latch at the top, which did not feel secure.Overall, the property needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, basic amenities, and guest safety. Considering the price and expectations from a property in Kodaikanal, this was a totally disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kodaikanal, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the staff was polite and well-behaved, the overall service and facilities fell far short of what was promised during booking. Essential amenities like bath towels and soap were not provided in the bathroom. Furthermore, we were not given an electric kettle, which is a basic expectation in a hill station like Kodaikanal. The bedsheets provided in the room were not clean, which was quite uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and insufficient. They only served two idlis and a small portion of sambar per person, which was not even enough for us. Despite the friendly staff, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of basic amenities and poor service. Management needs to seriously improve their standards.

About a month ago, I stayed at this hotel in Kodaikanal and had an excellent experience. The receptionist and all the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were notably comfortable, clean, and tidy, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was also surrounded by some lovely views. I especially liked the tall church behind the hotel; the hourly chimes of its clock bell were very soothing and added a peaceful, unique charm to the place. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality, cozy rooms, cleanliness, and a beautiful environment. I highly recommend it! ❤️🏨🌿
