The only redeeming aspect of this stay was the view from the balcony. While the staff appeared polite, they were largely unhelpful, especially at reception —basic requests like water and toiletries required multiple follow-ups, and while inquiring at reception it was handed over by receptionist instead of housekeeping delivering them. The geyser was unreliable and had to be manually fixed and switched on every time, which meant either waiting around or settling for a cold shower, many times we preferred later option to save time, unfortunately kid got ill due to cold shower. Disappointingly, I faced the exact same issue at this property a few years ago—except now the prices have increased while the service and maintenance have clearly worsened. The room itself had flickering lights, and power cuts were frequent. Even worse, the backup took several minutes to kick in, leaving the room in complete darkness during that time. Parking is another major inconvenience. Space is limited, and if you arrive late, you’re forced to park on the roadside. The approach road is narrow, and the steep, tricky turn into the property—right next to a deep drop—makes parking stressful, especially if you’re not experienced. Breakfast was decent. Also worth noting: the best rooms with top-floor views are reportedly reserved for offline bookings, so don’t expect to get them if you book online. Overall, not worth the price given the declining standards and recurring issues. Even if some of these problems seem minor individually, the combination of them significantly impacts the overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously, improves maintenance, and trains the staff to provide a better experience for guests.

The location and view from the hotel is breathtaking there are some points i would recommend everyone to consider.First is location, The reach to hotel is bit congested as road to hotel is so narrow that you need to be extra cautious.Parking facility are there but not many so if you are travelling on the seasons then you need to reconfirm with the hotel My car got damaged underbody as there are construction going on the way to hotel (The roads are narrow)
Although the location was good but basic amenities such as hot water for bath wasn't available during our visit. There were power fluctuations and DG was not working. My cousin was in bathroom waiting for water for an hour as pressure pump was not working. Didn't like the food quality and hygeine as we found hairs in food items. Not recommended is what we feel.
