Stay like a apartment not like a hotel it’s very good experience
Our stay was extremely disappointing and, considering what we paid, the condition and service were simply not acceptable.We stayed in the **3-bedroom villa above the restaurant**. The cleanliness was terrible from the moment we arrived. We found **baby cockroaches running around the kitchen**, and the floor was so dirty that it looked like it had not been properly cleaned for weeks. We were travelling with our **10-month-old baby**, but we could not even let her crawl or sit on the floor because of the unhygienic condition.There was also a **bad smell from one of the toilets**, and another toilet had **no hot water**, leaving us to manage with the other two.The service was equally poor. We requested a **bonfire at 7 PM**, but nobody turned up until around **9 PM**, even after several phone calls.Then came a very serious safety concern: **water suddenly started pouring through the kitchen ceiling light fittings**. Water coming through electrical lights is clearly a serious hazard. When we reported it, the staff simply told us it was not an issue. That response was completely unacceptable.The worst incident was with our belongings. After we requested cleaning, the cleaner **threw away my son's electric toothbrush, toothpaste and face wash**, apparently because the cleaner was new and mistakenly thought it was checkout cleaning. This was despite all our belongings still being inside the villa.When we told the staff that these items were missing, their attitude was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility or properly apologising, we were basically told that it had happened and **nothing could be done**. Only after I specifically requested that they check the outside bin did the staff search it, and thankfully they found all three items there.We also paid **1,800 for driver accommodation**, with an agreement that our driver would have a separate room. However, he ended up staying with the staff for all three nights.The **only positive thing was the breakfast**, which was good and more than sufficient.Overall, this property failed badly in terms of **cleanliness, maintenance, safety, service and basic responsibility towards guests and their belongings**. The attitude of the staff when we raised serious issues was particularly disappointing.We travelled with a young baby and expected a clean, safe and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we got the complete opposite.**I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking this property. Based on our experience, I would avoid it.**
