Beautiful views, but unacceptable quality for a luxury room.The views from this property are absolutely stunning, and the staff members are polite. However, at a price point for a luxury room, the lack of professionalism and poor management is completely unacceptable.The food was a major disappointment. For lunch on our check-in day, we ordered chicken curry, chapathi, and chicken fried rice. The chicken curry was terrible—it had a thick layer of oil on top, undercooked spices, and stale, tough meat. Basic service was missing; the server didn't even bring a spoon. Furthermore, the restaurant tables were consistently left dirty, and I had to ask the staff to wipe them down every single time. They seem heavily understaffed, which should not happen at a premium property. Because of this, we chose to eat out for the rest of our stay. The complimentary breakfast wasn't any better, featuring uncovered, stale bread and hard idlis with dull sambar and chutneys.Room maintenance was equally shocking for a luxury category. It rained for two days, and the bathroom water turned completely muddy. When we mentioned this at checkout, the staff excused it as a result of the rain, pointing to a severe lack of proper water filtration. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned either, as we found hair on the drain trap. Since the water was too muddy to bathe anyway, we didn't press the issue, but it was highly disappointing. Further, they don't even provide spoons in the room for electric kettle coffee set. How could we make coffe/tea in the room without spoons?A beautiful location cannot justify this level of neglect. The management, cleanliness, and kitchen require urgent attention to match the price they are charging.
This resort is not as shown in their pic. It's a scam. Their rooms is a big disaster. Damn old room with no any facilities. I cancel the booking and gt refunded from Agoda. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. IT'S A SCAM.
