1. The best view 2. Jaya sree did really good job for whtever we asked atleast she tried her best to provide. 3. the rooms were not properly cleaned , i was told if we book directly from the four views we can check in by 9 am. We reached at 8:30 and had to check in around 12:40 pm. Which crossed even online booking checkin time too. 4. 1st day of our stay food service was not good , the tv was not working even up on requesting multiple times. 5. 1st day the excuse was wood not there even after prior informing .2nd day One of the staff claims that forest department didn give permission. 6. the wifi connectivity is 0. It was not good-at all. 7. 2nd day food service by sanjay was so good prior informed well responsive.
The valley view and the ambiance of this paradise are truly exceptional. The owner of this place is a tasteful person and a dog lover. The staff are very welcoming and their service is excellent. Everyone was very humble. We had a wonderful time. They offer various types of rooms. We stayed in the cornerstone and heritage villa. Hussain, Jaishree, Thatha, and Christopher ensured our stay was unforgettable. Thanks to the whole team.

Group • Sep 2026Enjoyed a fantastic stay at Greenland Resort, Kodaikanal! The setting is serene, beautiful, and nestled in nature. Our rooms were tidy, cozy, and well kept. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very supportive during our visit. The ambiance was ideal for unwinding and appreciating the cool climate of Kodaikanal. The hospitality and overall experience were outstanding, making our stay unforgettable. Strongly suggested for families, couples, or anyone seeking a calm and rejuvenating retreat in Kodaikanal.
