Breakfast bad, hot water availability very fixed time (2 hours morning and 2 hours night). Lights not working, bedsheet torn, drinking water provided in vessel. No brushes. Electric kettle not available overall bad experience. Nobody helping to carry luggage

Additionally, the property would greatly benefit from investing in quality room heaters, which are reasonably priced (1000–1500) and essential for the chilly nights, ensuring guest comfort.Cleanliness standards also require immediate attention. The rooms were substandard, with torn bed sheets and a lack of proper cleaning materials, leaving a poor impression. For the price charged, these shortcomings are unacceptable and detract significantly from the overall value.Addressing these issues with small yet impactful improvements would transform the guest experience and align the property with expectations for its price range.
