The food is excellent. The hotel is great and the staff are very accommodating.

The location and facilities are satisfactory.

’We stayed here for 3 days and had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not be misled by the photos posted online’the reality is completely different. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the bathrooms were very dirty and poorly maintained.’Additionally, there were practically no options for North Indian food. As a group of four, we politely requested North Indian meals, but we were dismissively told to either order ?? la carte from the menu or go eat outside.’Paying ’22,000 for a 3-day stay and receiving this level of poor hygiene and unacceptable service is completely unjustifiable. I would not recommend staying here.

Best Experience with Family & Friends ’’’?Amazing stay with excellent service and very well-mannered, professional hotel staff. The swimming pool experience and beautiful beach view were my absolute favourites. ’’’’’??Highly recommended! ’’’’’ Definitely a great place to stay with family and friends.

Overall, the room was good and the service was also quite satisfactory. However, there were a few things that made us uncomfortable during our stay.While having the buffet breakfast, we noticed a small snake inside the restaurant. Moreover, an insect was found in pasta on another guest’s plate. Incidents like these were quite unpleasant and concerning, especially in a hotel of this size and standard.Considering the high charges, I also felt that the room size could have been better and more spacious for the price we paid. Overall, the stay was decent, but the hotel needs to pay more attention to hygiene, food safety, and value for money.
