I never ever seen such a worst hotel like this. Pillows are smelling very bad, bedsheet was old and not cleaned. We found so many hair from the mattress. No hot water. Please don’t book this hotel. There are plenty of hotels nearby with reasonable price.

The experience was the worst I have ever had.

The rooms were decent but not clean at all. The bed sheets smelled bad and the room was never cleaned. It was a terrible experience. The owner spoiled our trip by offering help we never asked for. We had already booked a car rental for 15,000 excluding petrol and toll. When the owner asked about our plans and we told him about our booking, he insisted we take his car instead for 20,000, including driver and petrol. So, we canceled our original booking and lost a 2,000 advance for his offer. If the owner tries to help with car bookings, don't accept; he's a fraud. He took 20,000 from us but paid only 15,000 to the rental company. He promised a driver and freedom to go anywhere, but when we arrived, the driver said he would only work 8 hours and demanded extra charges for certain places. When we told the owner, he said his car wasn't available and promised to handle the issues, but he didn't. We disliked the driver from day one; he was rude and unhelpful with sightseeing. At night, we told the owner we wanted a different driver, but the driver responded, "You should have told before." We had just arrived! Also, the driver picked us up at 2:30 am from Ernakulam station and demanded money immediately, refusing to wait until morning. We raised concerns with the owner, who was initially polite but ultimately did nothing. He ignored our calls and ruined the entire trip. Worst experience ever.
