Bugs are more in bed..bed sheets and towels are smelling, i think bedsheets giving without wash..after only night sleep my body getting rashes.. Worst behaviour from hotel desk manager and proprietor.. showing local talent.. rooms giving with out cleaning, land phone and tv not working .. hot water also giving only mrng one hr. washrooms are too worst I have never ever seen like this type of rooms .. the most worst thing is when we checked into hotel room staff will giving water bottle that too used and unsealed.. giving fresh water bottle per one day is minimum mandatory ..what kind of hotel is this .. I needed a place to crash for the night while visiting Vizag and was in search of a budget hotel near to the Vizag railway station. I then came across this hotel while searching online and looking at the reviews, it seemed like a decent one.However, it happened to be one of my terrible stays ever. I stayed at this hotel on 25th Jan 2020 for just a day (a night rather).Firstly, the check-in procedure was horrible and time consuming. They made me wait like almost half an hour taking the photograph of myself and my Aadhaar card. Then, unlike in any other hotels, they told me I would get an OTP in my mobile number and I would need to provide that for the check-in. I was reluctant to provide the OTP considering all the scams happening around but I eventually provided that to avoid the pain. On top of that, I was not given back my Aadhar card and the receptionist told me that would be returned only at the time of check-out. This was something I never experienced in any hotel check-ins ever. Normally, they would take the copy of the ID proof and then return the document, but what I experienced was quite unusual. I felt the entire process quite fishy and called Makemytrip (MMT) customer care to check if everything is genuine - Me being asked for OTP and my Aadhaar card not being returned. After checking, MMT customer care confirmed that this is their standard process, which I found pretty weird and yeah I lost another half and hour on reaching out to MMT and getting back their response, not to mention the frustration and apprehensions. So, big zero for their hassle full check-in.Moreover, I don’t know why most of the guys were continuously staring at me and my wife in the hotel lobby as if we were aliens. I don’t know if they do the same to every customers but I found it to be extremely cringy, irritating and creepy. I did not tell anything to anyone but I made up my mind that I am never gonna stay at this hotel ever again if I happen to visit Vizag again.Next issue was with the dirty bed sheet and blanket. I would have still convinced myself if it was only dirty. There were also small bugs on those sheets and blankets which were biting now and then causing mild allergic reactions to my wife. We then used our own outfits as bedsheets to cope with this issue.Even the bathroom was not that clean but we managed somehow. There were no any amenities worth mentioning, everything was pretty basic.To add fuel to the fire, while checking out, a guy came to me and asked for the tip. I just lashed out at him and questioned back for what service he was asking me for the tip? Was not the tariff I paid more than enough for the pathetic service like that.Only good thing about the hotel is it’s around 1.5 kms (20 mins walk) from the Vizag train station. But there are many hotels available in that area, so make your choice wisely.

Spacious rooms, double bed can accommodate 3 members easily. Hot water is linked with Solar, their pricing varies based on negotiation which is not good. Ended-up paying extra during check-out. Rooms were smelling and tv was not working, if you are looking just for a night stay this is a good one, very close to railway station and next to Big Bazaar.
