Clarion Inn Sevilla

I had a one night stay in Chandigarh.The staff is extremely helpful.Our booking was in some other day due to mistake of the booking company, but Mr. Prem Thapa really helped us sort the issue. Rooms were as shown in the picture. Food which we ordered in the room was extremely tasty but in the buffet was okay. The restaurant is a bit cramped.

Pathetic room with no door lock and staff entering room without knocking. Calling a place like that a "4-star property" isn't just a stretch’it’s borderline fraudulent. It’s one thing for a place to be a bit dated, but it’s another thing entirely for basic sanitation and infrastructure to fail.The Grand Arrival (Or Lack Thereof)The experience started with a literal workout. Despite the "4-star" rating, there was not a single soul to assist with check-in. I had to haul my own heavy luggage up to the lobby. To make matters worse, the hotel offers zero on-site parking. I was forced to leave my car on the main road, exposed to traffic and theft, which is a massive safety concern.The Room from HellWalking into the room felt like stepping back forty years, but without the vintage charm.The Bedding: The bedsheets were thin, graying, and clearly "old-stock." They felt scratchy and looked like they hadn't seen a proper industrial wash in months.Climate Control: Both the AC and the fan were non-functional. In a sealed hotel room, this transformed the space into a humid, stagnant box within minutes.The "Washroom" NightmareThis was the breaking point. A bathroom without basic functionality is a health hazard:The Flush: Simply did not work.Toiletries: Absolutely nothing provided. Not even a scrap of soap or a basic towel.General Condition: The plumbing was faulty across the board, with drainage issues that made the entire room smell like a damp sewer.0/5 Stars. This property is masquerading under a rating it clearly hasn't earned. Between the lack of basic maintenance and the nonexistent service, staying here was a massive mistake. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Zero Room Service’.I called 5-10 times to a reception receptionist picked call bUt they said we will Provide in few minuses But they did not provided third class room services’. Rooms are good but Room service Is zeroooo third class’. Key Issue Is the main They dont have a card key of room’.Don’t makee your Holiday waste’..

Very burst experience no internet wifi connect, No TV recharge many many give reception reminder no anyone to come for regarding service. Receptionist behaviour was very burst. Dinner time service at buffet food taste was very poor.. I was shocked nice property. But services was very poor. I was realised this trip last in this hotel. Total waste of money....Poor service.No Commitment value of their words. I will not recommend to there definately. It's very poor.

I recently stayed at Clarion Inn Zirakpur, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. He ensured a smooth check-in, assisted with all my queries, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
