My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Club Mahindra. From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are large and well-kept, the food was tasty, and there were plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. The best part of our stay was the exceptional hospitality, especially from Ms. Saniya. She welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made checking in effortless. Throughout our visit, she was our main contact, patiently answering questions, suggesting activities for both kids and adults, assisting with dining bookings, and promptly handling our requests. What stood out most was her genuine care and positive attitude. She remembered our names, checked on us regularly, and ensured our comfort, making our holiday feel relaxed and special. It's evident that Club Mahindra trains its staff well, but employees like Saniya truly exceed expectations. She is a valuable team member who embodies the resort's values of warmth, care, and excellent service. We left with wonderful memories and plan to return. In general, our stay was enjoyable. The check-in took more time than we anticipated, and it was disappointing that no staff member was present at the pool area. Enhancing these aspects could greatly improve the guest experience. Saniya, the Resort Host, was courteous, professional, and consistently helpful, which made our visit more pleasant.

The resort is well-kept and offers a tranquil setting amidst nature. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and cozy, which helped us unwind completely. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist, making us feel very welcomed. The food was tasty with a nice range of choices, and the recreational activities kept both kids and adults engaged throughout our visit. The resort's location was also convenient for visiting nearby sights like Pavagadh Hill and Mahakali Temple. We made many great memories and enjoyed every part of our trip.
