Ok for the price. Can’t expect much
Looks like u have entered a 70’s home not even the pillows and bed are clean , end of day provided towel . No Ac remote or tv . Staff asking me to direct on off the Ac . U can’t to lie or high temp . For tv remote he said nothing is going on in tv no channels. If I provided remote it is not useful . To much noise of staff. Rooms door very close to other room .
The room provided was in extremely poor condition and not as described on your website. The issues I faced included:•Foul smell from the washroom•Room door not closing properly•Washroom door broken and not closing•Lack of proper maintenance in the entire room•Presence of sparrow droppings inside the room•Overall unhygienic and uncomfortable environmentI requested an exchange room, but the alternative provided was even worse and still lacked basic maintenance. Due to these unacceptable conditions, my stay was very unpleasant and did not meet the minimum standards expected from an Agoda-listed property.
