Pathetic experience, Rooms locks are not working. Hotel staff asks to adjust. Bad smell in all rooms. I haven't stayed at the hotel and no refund provided. Hotel manager is rude and tells lie to ixigo customer support.

No one called, messaged, or emailed me beforehand.The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was also not comfortable with the overall atmosphere and would not consider it family-friendly.the treatment was also unexceptable..I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families..
