hi. yatri mere saathi here.I was here for a wedding and the stay is great. the facilities, the food, the ambience, the hospitality and the best part is the fare.I just loved the stay here. would surely stay here on my every visit.

Beware of Naresh front desk executive, he put pressure on patrons to vacate the room early. Website claims 11:30 am check out, he verbally tells everyone to check out at 10 am and calls on the check out day at 9:30 am and and say check out is at 9 am.Absolutely Disappointing Stay at Hotel Nikhil Sai International NizamabadI recently stayed at Hotel Nikhil Sai International in Nizamabad, hoping for a comfortable experience in an "Executive Suite," but was met with extreme disappointment. This stay was far below any reasonable expectations for a hotel, let alone one offering premium rooms.Despite booking an Executive Suite, the air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional. This made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and effectively negated the primary benefit of booking a higher-tier room.To add to the discomfort, there was no hot water available throughout my stay. This is a basic amenity that any hotel should provide, and its absence was unacceptable.Beyond these major issues, the services provided were consistently poor. From check-in to any requests made, the staff seemed unhelpful and slow to respond, further detracting from the overall experience.Given these significant problems ’ a broken AC in an executive room, no hot water, and generally poor service ’ I cannot recommend Hotel Nikhil Sai International. My stay was thoroughly unpleasant, and I would advise others to look for alternative accommodation in Nizamabad

Pros:’Staff are generally satisfactory.’Bathroom facilities are acceptable.’Cons:’Poor Sleep Quality: The loud AC noise and lack of calm significantly impact the ability to rest, which is a primary function of a hotel room.’Maintenance Issues: A non-working TV and general lack of maintenance suggest neglect and affect the value of the stay.’Room Environment: The "dark theme" may not be appealing or comfortable for all guests.

Horrible stay. Hotel looks good from outside but on the inside it looks a bit degraded. Our rooms ac leaked on the middle of the night and drenched all our luggage.Floor was SOPPING wet but they mopped the floor..No hot water at all.Total scam. Not recommended at all especially for family.we requested rooms next to eachother as five of us stayed a night but they gave us rooms on separate floors. Rooms not that well maintained. Restaurant could do with a little touch up and our waiter was super kind and helpful to us. Staff always helped with luggage. Food was ok, not bad. Lift available.

Property was good room was good but no hot water divertor not working properly i complaint 3/4 times but no proper response till night i took cold water bath
